En la biblia no mencionan el nombre de esta mujer sirofenisa pero se le llamaba as\u00ed a los habitantes de la regi\u00f3n de Tiro. Cuando Jes\u00fas estaba en la tierra una mujer lo identifico y le rog\u00f3 que le ayudara con el mal que tenia su hija, los ciudadanos griegos eran personas contaminadas por la idolatr\u00eda y esta mujer no se rindi\u00f3 y con humildad, en una fe firme le solicita nuevamente que le ayude, tanta fue su fe que Jes\u00fas accedi\u00f3 y sin necesidad de que conociera o tocar\u00e1 a su hija solo con decirlo tuvo paz en su ser.
